Well it was good while it lasted. I often took advantage of the cheap rates, especially on the weekend. Now I feel sort of guilty, like I’ve been bilking fellow taxpayers? wtf seattle?
Presumably the city is collecting some taxes from people spending money at a fancy downtown mall & cinema?
